Successful Participation of Fog Bandit at Securex Fair Johannesburg 2025

From 3 to 5 June 2025, Fog Bandit successfully participated in the Securex Fair in Johannesburg – the largest security trade fair on the African continent. This edition provided an excellent opportunity to showcase our innovative fog security technology to a wide audience of professionals, distributors, and end users in the security sector.

Objectives of Participation

• - Increase brand awareness of Fog Bandit in the African market
• - Demonstrate the effectiveness and speed of our fog generators
• - Build and strengthen business relationships with partners and potential distributors
• - Generate high-quality leads and new business opportunities

Highlights

- Live demonstrations at stand A10 consistently drew large crowds. The power and speed with which Fog Bandit fills spaces with dense fog in just seconds left a lasting impression.
- Visits from key decision-makers from the retail, banking, and industrial sectors.
- Positive media attention, with mentions in trade publications and on social media due to the striking presentation and innovative nature of our technology.
- Over 100 leads collected, with concrete follow-up meetings planned with potential distributors and customers.

Results

Our presence at the Securex Fair was a strategic success. Fog Bandit further reinforced its position as a market leader in fog security and took significant steps in expanding our presence on the African continent.

Key outcomes:
- 97 new business contacts established
- 3 Sub-distributors showed interest in exclusive partnerships
- Concrete interest from South-Africa, Ivory Coast and Mozambique..
